This week, we are discussing tactical communication in the workplace; mitigating high risk encounters and de-escalating crisis situations with out guest William Parsons, founder of Nine Lives Solutions. Bill will also talk about how to deal with toxic people in the workplace, and how to de-escalate situations that could turn violent.
