Christina Steinorth is the author of Cue Cards for Life: Thoughtful Tips for Better Relationships.
She is a Psychotherapist in Private Practice and a Board Certified Diplomate of professional
counseling (IAMBCP). With an office in beautiful downtown Santa Barbara, she holds a
Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and graduated in the top three of her class from
the fully accredited Phillips Graduate Institute of California.
As a sought after relationship expert, Christina appears regularly in the media. She is a frequent
radio guest and has been a featured relationship expert on The John Tesh Network, KARN,
WNRI, KTALK, as well as countless other web and podcast. In print, her advice is often quoted
in regional and international magazines and newspapers such as The Wall Street Journal, USA

When Christina isn't writing or working with clients, she enjoys boating, bicycling, hiking,
cooking and creating mosaic art. One of her most passionate causes in life is helping those in
less-than-fortunate situations and when time permits, she travels to volunteer in orphanages in
Mexico. Locally, she assists in helping to feed the homeless in her city and she volunteers at a
local Basset Hound Rescue. An avid traveler, Christina enjoys learning of other cultures visiting
distant lands. At home on the Central Coast of California, Christina and her husband share their
residence with their black Pug, Sigmund, and their Basset Hound Winston.
