The Rescue of Pets & Animals in Haiti

There has been much news coverage of all the worldwide efforts to help the people that were affected in the Haiti earthquake. What happened to any pets or animals that were also caught or trapped in the debris? The Best Friends Animal Sanctuary along with The Animal Rescue Coalition for Haiti launched a rescue mission to help save the animals. Rich Crook, Rapid Response Manager of Best Friends, is back from Haiti now, with many photos you can see, and will tell us what it was like on-the-ground offering help for the animals they encountered.
